At Alii Nui Sailing Charters, we take great pride in offering the Alii Guarantee. As the only company on Maui to provide such a promise, we are confident that your experience will not only meet but exceed your expectations.
Should it fall short for any reason, we will gladly arrange a complimentary rebooking for an alternative experience or refund up to 100% of your ticket price.
Please note that minor variations may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, updates to food and beverage offerings, or operational considerations. These adjustments are made with your safety and comfort in mind.
