- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the charter date will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
- Cancellations 30 days or fewer prior to the charter date are non-refundable.
- Weather or mechanical cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Captain. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued less a service fee of up to 20%, at the Company’s discretion.
- Ali‘i Nui Sailing Charters and Ali‘i Class Yachts are not responsible for any outside costs incurred by the booking party due to cancellation (e.g. transportation, entertainment, photographers, etc.).
